I can’t say enough about Guaranteed Garage Repair. I had Jim come out to repair a broken spring on my garage door in 2011. As luck would have it the spring broke again earlier this month. Remembering how fast, efficient and affordable Guaranteed Garage Repair was I called them up again to set an appointment. I spoke with Tracey to discuss the situation and asked if it would be the same price they preciously charged me 4 1/2 years ago. Tracey REMINDED ME that I purchased the platinum package and there was a lifetime warranty on parts and labor and it would be fixed for free. It was fixed the next day at no charge.

This is the only vendor I will ever use for any garage door needs down the road and I will continue to refer them to everyone I know. This level of honesty and integrity are rare.
